Refund Policy
For orders with a delivery period of 7 days, customers are entitled to return items within 10 days
from the date of delivery.
For orders scheduled for delivery within 15 days, customers have the option to return items within 5
days from the date of delivery.
For orders with a delivery period of 21 days there are no return options available for the items.
90% Buyback Policy for Lab Grown CVD Diamonds
We offer a 90% buyback policy on Lab Grown CVD Diamonds, meaning that no buyback value
will be provided based on the current market rate for these diamonds.
Gold Value at Current Market Rate
The value of any gold in your jewellery being returned or exchanged will be calculated at the
current market rate of gold at the time of the transaction. This implies on only the products bought
from The Royal Carats.
Discount Deductions
Any discounts or special offers applied at the time of order placement will be deducted from the
buyback or refund amount. This ensures that the final refund is calculated based on the actual
purchase price after discounts.
Shipping Charges for Returns
Customers are responsible for the delivery charges associated with shipping items back to The
Royal Carats. These charges will be added to the final buyback or refund amount.
Payment Gateway Charges Deduction
Any payment gateway fees (transaction fees charged by payment processors) incurred during the
original purchase will be deducted from the buyback or refund amount. These charges are standard
fees applied by payment platforms for processing transactions.
Payment Gateway Charges for Refunds
Payment gateway charges for transferring funds from The Royal Carats back to the customer will
be added to the final refund amount. These charges are typically a percentage of the refund value
and vary depending on the payment method used.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service
team. The request will, however, be entertained once the Customer Service Team has checked and
determined the same at their own end. This should be reported within our above mentioned time
frame. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your
expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within our above mentioned
time frame. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate
decision.
Refunds will be made with 9 to 15 business days for any cancelled orders after our inspection team
has reviewed and checked your returned product.
Refund amount will be calculated after deduction of delivery charges + making charges.
In case of any Refunds approved by The Royal Carats, it’ll take 9-15 days for the refund to be
processed to the end customer.
