Cancellation Policy

Overview

At The Royal Carats, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel your order for lab-grown diamonds.

Cancellation Window

For orders with a delivery period of 7 days, cancellations can be made within 24 hours after order confirmation.
For orders scheduled for delivery within 15 days, cancellations can be processed within 48 hours after order confirmation.
For orders with a delivery period of 21 days , customers can cancel their orders within 72 hours after confirmation.

Note:- Orders cancelled within 24hrs, 48hrs and 72hrs for 7days, 15days and 21days shipping period respectively placing the order are entitled for full refund subject to deduction of payment gateway charges of 1%.

Orders cancelled 24hrs, 48hrs, 72 hours for 7days, 15days and 21days shipping period respectively after placing the order will lead to a Processing Charge of Rs. 1000 that will be borne by the customer along with 1% payment gateway charges.

Custom Orders

Please note that custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you have questions about your custom order, please contact us directly.
